1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Royal Green Company's website, sponsor panel or partner programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. Eligibility
Partners must be 18 years or older, hold a valid PAN and Aadhaar, and complete KYC verification. Royal Green Company reserves the right to refuse enrolment without notice.
3. Sponsor Plan & Payouts
Direct sponsor income, level income and rewards are paid as per the published plan. Royal Green Company may revise commission structures, ranks or rewards with prior notice on the website.
4. Project Bookings
All project bookings are subject to allotment, project approvals and the booking agreement. Brochures and renders are indicative; actual delivery may vary.
5. Code of Conduct
Partners shall not misrepresent Royal Green Company, share misleading income claims, or use unauthorised marketing material. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
6. Withdrawals & Taxes
Withdrawals are processed after KYC approval and applicable TDS/GST deductions. Partners are responsible for filing their own income tax returns.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, content and creative assets belong to Royal Green Company and may not be reproduced without written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Royal Green Company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, market conditions, or third-party actions.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
10. Updates
Royal Green Company may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
